A mixed use development occupying a city block.  Uses include a three screen digital media facility, digital gallery, screen lounge, cafe/bar, offices, education spaces, creative workplaces and studios, live/work accommodation and apartments.  There is also lift access to the stage lecture area of Auditorium 1.

The diversity of functions, spaces, facilities and services delivered were appraised and addressed by Ian Hill access, working with the architect and the rest of the design team.

The result is a highly accessible facility for the Occupants, Users and Clients.

Ian Hill access was subsequently appointed to advise the Phoenix Management Team on the development of an Access Management Plan for the facility, including their Policies, Procedures and Practices.  Please see our web page at Phoenix Square.
