Sharpe’s Pottery Museum

The Sharpe's Pottery Heritage and Arts Trust Ltd acquired a 125 year lease on Sharpe's Pottery, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, in order to transform the site and buildings into a multi-purpose facility embracing heritage and arts.

Ian Hill access advised the Architect and Project Team on access matters.  Amongst the accessible features, the facility is fully accessible for wheelchair and pushchair users, and has a lift to the first floor.  There are disabled and family toilets, there is hearing loop provision, and assistance dogs are welcome.
