A 450 seat new-build theatre with full flying facilities.  Design developed by Marsh Grochowski as a very intimate three storey horseshoe theatre with access to all front and back of house areas.  The development was also intended to link intricately with the Library and Wrexham Gallery to form an accessible cultural hub within the town.

Ian Hill access was appointed as Access Consultant, and it is good to see accessible features incorporated as integral features of the design proposals.  For instance, the ramp that accommodates the change of level also defines the axis from the box office through the cafe to the auditorium entrance.
